The Role:

Examples of types of engagements currently being staffed:

  • Performance improvement e.g. throughput, sales force effectiveness and cost reduction
  • Strategy – blue-sky thinking for blue chip clients
  • Procurement – Strategic and Rapid Sourcing and Supply Chain
  • Optimisation of capital projects design and execution
  • Commercial Due Diligence

As our leadership group continues to build a robust pipeline for 2016, we are now recruiting at Associate Principal level to manage the upcoming work. You will:

  • Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
  • Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Manager
  • Ensure consistency, improvements are embedded and that skills are transferred

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • have experience working in a tier one strategy house with relevant industry experience
  • use your strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes.
  • have outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.
  • take a proactive, team oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic.
  • be able to understand and speak fluently in English and being able to converse in a second language will be viewed favourably (but is not essential).

Candidates fitting the above criteria, with 10 + years total experience are invited to apply. The ideal profile will have spent 3-5 years within a tier one strategy consulting firm and have relevant experience in industry.
