They partnered with movemeon to search for an experienced Manager whose role will be critical in delivering on our hugely ambitious plans over the next few years.

The successful movemeon member previously worked as a manager at KPMG and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science

About the role

> Working with the Director, Global Operations to prioritize strategic direction of the business, identify issues and opportunities and implement new initiatives

> Defining and building the core business processes to allow for scalability and consistently great customer service

> Working with the local management teams to help drive high performance and delivery against our business targets

Job requirements

> Over 3 years’ experience in either operations/transformation or working for a consulting business

> Experience in using technology to deliver great solutions for customers

> Strong leadership abilities: Ability to influence and motivate a global organization and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
