Alcone was founded in 1952 to provide professional makeup to the stage and film industry. Earlier this year, they partnered with L’Occitane en Provence to take the huge success of Limelight by Alcone, their consumer brand, worldwide.

The company advertised on movemeon as they were looking for a Country Manager.

The successful movemeon member previously worked as a Business Change Consultant at Capegemini.

About the role

> As a Country Manager, you will be the face of LimeLight in your own country, which you will lead from end to end

> You will have full P&L responsibility for your region, managing expansion, revenue growth and costs

>You will set up, hire and manage your own team of about 5 people, and set targets to achieve success

>You will be involved in all aspects of local operations

> You have a proven interest in cosmetics and beauty

> You confidently try new approaches on doing business and constantly learning

> You have a hands-on attitude and you don’t shy away from completing operational tasks
