About the role

> Growth strategy: define the growth objectives with the CEO; ownership of growth strategy for customer engagement, acquisition, and retention

> Product, channel, scale: measure product-market fit, product channel fit, and scale performing channels; set key data markers and performance metrics to measure the customer lifecycle and grow demand for our products

> Prioritise growth initiatives & product changes: creatively design new methods of lead generation; optimise user acquisition funnel; develop customer retention & referral methods; lead your digital marketing execution team

Job requirements

> 5+ years of experience in growing a company

> Experience in data analytics to retrieve, manipulate, and visualise customer and marketing data

> Creative & strategic thinker
