The company was formed as a result of the acquisition of American Standard’s Bath and Kitchen businesses by Bain Capital in October 2007. Ideal Standard is a leading provider of total bathroom products. The company employs some 11,000 people and is operational in over 20 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa and Latin America. Revenue amounts to €733m in 2009.

> Portfolio management, process ownership, governance, communication and performance reporting

> Management of a team of Project Leaders/Managers

> Delivery of all strategic projects on time and to budget

> Innovation scorecard developed and available on a monthly basis


Job requirements

> Experienced project / programme manager

>Experience in delivery of innovation projects

>Understanding of strategy development and implementation

>Ideally have worked in international (European) companies

> Demonstrates personal effectiveness with emphasis on developing long term relationships
