The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is one of the largest humanitarian agencies in the world providing relief, rehabilitation, and post-conflict reconstruction support to families impacted by conflict and disasters. They were looking for an Enterprise Development AdvisorThe successful mmo member had  a background in social enterprise/non-profit/NGO strategic leadership, including broad international experience in 50+ countries. She also had an MBA from leading business school.


About the Enterprise Development Advisor role

> Develop programming strategy, tools and resources for market strengthening programming

> Provide remote and on-site technical support and assistance in the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of economic programming and project activities

> Maintain relationships with regional and country program coordinators and managers and offer them support


Job requirements

> Experience working with small and medium enterprises in developing countries

> Experience in program or project management related to livelihoods

> Experience in training and capacity building
