Iwoca is a fintech start-up, offering a new type of finance designed for small businesses. Since launch in 2012, Iwoca has lent over £100M to 4000+ businesses. They advertised on movemeon for a Head of Customer Success role. The successful mmo member previously worked at Accenture and has an MBA from INSEAD.


About the  role

> Act as the voice of the customer within iwoca, championing customer feedback to driver a better customer experience.


> Defining and implementing robust operational systems that can handle multiple channels and scale effectively with a rapidly growing team.

> Managing our customer journey – from onboarding new signups to boosting repeat rates, you will be re-designing processes to ensure no customer is left behind and that we maximise retention rates.


Job requirements

> Operational experience in customer success

> 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services

> Strong analytical mindset
