Annual online sales already exceed £400m, with ~50% relating to the Pizza Hut Delivery business. They hire for their Global Operations Leadership Programme with Movemeon.  The successful mmo member previously worked in banking and as a strategy consultant and has an MBA from Cambridge.


About the International Markets Development Manager role

> Growth: Through exceptional operational standards and a ‘maniacal’ approach to customer service, consistently seek to maximize growth in their area

> Profit: Maximize the profitability of the area by understanding and controlling all costs (e.g. labour, food). Monitor daily, weekly and periodically to ensure alignment to AOP targets.

> Customer: Coach Restaurant General Managers to create a customer focused environment which is appealing to Pizza Huts diverse customer base


Job requirements

> 2-4 years’ consulting experience

> Strong analytics and focus on insight

> A desire to improve the way things work; strong commercial skills & business acumen
