The organisation turned to Movemeon to receive a shortlist of high-calibre applicants with experience in supporting upper-level management and comprehensive knowledge of market research and forecasting principles, as well as extensive consulting experience from a top-tier strategy firm.
The Client’s requirements were:
- 5+ years of directly related experience (Consulting, Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy etc)
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Several years providing support for upper-level management in a related organization
How Movemeon Worked
This role works closely with the President of Modis, so The Adecco Group needed to find a candidate who not only fulfilled the requirements but would have a good relationship with the President.
We wanted to make sure that we forwarded many suitable candidates to the client so that the right person could eventually be found in personal interviews. We made sure to maintain our very close relationship with our client thanks to weekly calls. Through these calls, we ensured to discuss a large number of applications and update candidates very quickly on the progress of their applications.
The successful candidate was among the very first candidates who applied, and impressed the client from the get-go. The first shortlist of candidates was sent 12 days after the role was first published on Movemeon.
The successful candidate wanted to relocate to Switzerland, so they immediately applied when they saw the role was based in Zurich. The process went quickly and smoothly, and Sophia could answer all of their questions clearly and support them throughout the process.
