Remote-first working initially as the business is established and scaled - more on-site time in Dubai may be required as the business develops.

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional tech teams.

Track record of delivering scalable and secure tech platforms, ideally in wellness tech, health optimization, or consumer experience industries.

About the Business

Omnui is a new full-stack wellness venture founded by Dani Rizo, an ex-BCG and Strategy& consultant with deep expertise in ESG and venture building. After previously founding Oreka, a marketplace helping reduce food waste through discounted surplus food, Dani is now creating a next-generation wellness concept designed to redefine how individuals understand, manage, and improve their health.

Launching first in Dubai, Omnui integrates holistic diagnostics, personalised programmes, and high-quality wellness services under one roof. The concept blends full-body assessments, tailored training and nutrition plans, recovery and performance spaces, and curated partnerships across gyms, food providers, and healthcare experts.

Omnui is currently assembling its founding team and advisory network as it finalises the concept ahead of an investment round. The business is seeking exceptional talent as well as advisors across medical, nutrition, and mental health domains. About the CTO role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Omnui will lead the technological vision, development, and integration across all of Omnui’s offerings, spanning fitness diagnostics, personalized health data, AI-based coaching, digital experience platforms, and operational tech systems. The CTO must blend deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to ensure a seamless and intelligent experience across Omnui’s physical and digital interfaces.
