Project Summary

• In-office / hybrid (London)
• Daily rate £1100 - £1500 per day (dependent on experience)

Must-Have Requirements

Experience at MBB consulting firm (up to Senior Associate / Engagement Manager) + industry experience

Strong transformation / change management hands

Private equity experience, entertainment/creative industry backgrounds, passion for music / live events.

Job description

We are looking for a Transformation Lead for a portfolio company within a large-cap private equity fund. You will be the right hand person to a former Operating Partner of large cap private equity firm. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the transformation agenda, working directly with the executive team to define priorities, drive organisational alignment, and deliver measurable results.

Key accountabilities include:

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end
• Embed change management best practice across the organisation
• Align leadership on priorities and execution plans
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
