A PE backed, light manufacturing company is looking for a Strategy Manager to bolster the Strategy and Program Management Function. The position will work across key initiatives that will inform and direct key decision makers and stakeholders in the business.
The role will report into the VP, Strategy & Program Management (ex Deloitte).

About us
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and drive execution of identified priorities
- Partner with senior leadership to assess business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and track delivery of key initiatives
- Support operational and IT-based projects, including M&A integration and large-scale technology rollouts
- Dive deep into data and project tracking for a division currently underperforming — providing insights and driving corrective actions
- Work cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and deliver measurable impact
- Structure and communicate recommendations clearly through storyboarding and executive-ready presentations
Requirements:
- A 3+ years in strategy consulting with additional experience in industry either pre or post consulting
- Approximately 5-8 years of total experience post college
- Supply Chain and Manufacturing is nice to have
