Founded in 2017, Singulier is a digital and innovation consultancy partnering with investment funds and company executives. In collaboration with them, Singulier sets up task forces to lead strategic digital operations in an entrepreneurial way, resulting in quick and long-term impacts.

The role of Partner
The UK Partner will lead the UK business. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy of Singulier in the UK, both internally and externally, and for growing the UK business.
You will be part of the Singulier UK team (around 5-10 people specialized in Media, UX & Brand, Strategy Consultants) and you will be responsible for developing the consulting team in the UK, with current expert directors. We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner to drive the development of Singulier team in the UK.
You will have responsibilitiy for:
- Build a strategy for the growth of Singulier, in collaboration with the management team (co-founders, directors / managers, expert directors). You’ll work on strategic development plan, develop new partnerships and participate in key decisions around finance.
- Develop the business in the UK market by promoting the existing offers to PE funds and corporates. You’ll leverage and build upon an existing network, and expand market awareness of Singulier’s offer in the UK
- Lead engagement and successfully interface with multiple clients. You’ll conduct complex and large scale projects in collaboration with the operational manager and digital/strategy experts. You’l also lead missions and ensure profitability of projects.
- Develop and grow the UK team. You’ll develop synergies with Ekimetrics UK (~40 FTE in the UK team) and supervise and mentor the UK consulting team. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting and developing best-in-class consultants in the UK
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with at least 8 years experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, who has an established network in the UK. You’ll have strong digital skills and knowledge and an entrepreurial spirit. Specifically we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in a strategy consulting firm with an established network in the UK
- Digital skills and knowledge
- Entrepreneurial / business development spirit with strategic and operational abilities
- Ability to adapt to a moving environment and a growing team
- Good business knowledge of the UK market
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy
- Track record of accurate, high quality work, with strong written and communication skills
- Excellent commercial abilities
- Proficiency in French is a plus
