Graitec –  l’un des principaux fournisseurs mondiaux de BIM, avec 100 000 clients dans le monde, réalise environ 150M€ de CA – est passé par Movemeon pour recruter un Transformation officer. Il jouera un rôle clé dans la réussite de cette transformation et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives à travers les pays. 

Feedback de l’employeur: La facilité pour moi aurait été d’utiliser un cabinet classique mais je voulais tester Movemeon. Au bout de 3 jours, j’ai eu 10 candidats qualifiés pour un premier round. J’ai vraiment été marqué par la rapidité et la qualité des profils (ex-Bain, Roland Berger etc.). Les candidats étaient tous très qualifiés et aucune mauvaise surprise au niveau des entretiens.

The company has very strong growth ambitions (i.e., double its revenue in 4 years) thanks to the support of his investor (APAX partner – a leading mid cap private equity fund), the market growth (+15% p.a.), the aggressive acquisition strategy and finally thanks to its highly skilled employees and top-notch products. 

To support that exponential growth and meet its ambition, Graitec has initiated a growth transformation program (i.e. FOUNDATION22 – hope you get the pun) with a renowned strategy consulting firm to create a “OneGraitec” organization and lay down the foundations of the growth platform. The program addresses all functions from Marketing and Product to HR and Sales.

About the role 

As a Transformation Officer you will play a key role in successfully carrying out this transformation and implementing initiatives across countries. You will interact with all functions and all countries. You will support the CEO and his Chief of Staff (Ex-McKinsey manager) in carrying out successfully this project. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff and be part of a small and dynamic taskforce. Your subjects and responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise and be responsible for the implementation of different initiatives in the countries:
    • Marketing: redefine the customer segmentation, harmonize our digital channels across countries, streamline our marketing automation processes, etc.
    • Data: implement a data lake to consolidate all data and help the CEO take data driven decisions, improve data quality, etc.
    • Sales: redesign our sales practices across countries (e.g. cadence of meetings, dashboards, performance management, incentives), transition our business to SaaS and Cloud, etc.
    • IT: define the IT roadmap (i.e. which tools should be implemented and when – CRM, Zendesk, HubSpot, Wrike)
    • Customer success: support the implementation of a customer centric approach with a customer success organization and with the implementation of Zendesk, etc.
  • Support Country Managers in the implementation of the transformation among their teams: mastering monitoring tools, sharing of best practices, identifying problems / obstacles
  • Participate in the different Steering Committees of the project with the EXCOM
  • Monitor initiative implementation progress (we implemented an easy to use tool to avoid making any unnecessary .ppt pages)

On top of the program, you will support the CEO and the chief of staff on strategic topics:

  • Acquisition strategy from identifying the right targets to integrating the acquired companies
  • Run targeted analyses to support the business (e.g. identify users who might hack our licenses)
  • Support the discussions with the PE fund (you will regularly interact with them)
  • Communicate Graitec Vision across countries and teams 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You are fluent in English
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a Strategy or Management Consulting firm, at the Strategy Department of a company or in Operations in a software scale-up
  • Ideally, you have experience in transformation plan implementation
  • You are curious and autonomous (the more you’ll take initiatives the better)
  • You are creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have experience in high-growth environments (e.g. scale up, startups), in the software industry or in the construction industry 
  • You don’t take yourself seriously 
  • You get things done
