My Clinical Outcomes is a cenral London based Digital Health company facing some immediate and exciting opportunities. Founded in 2011, we have just completed a second round of investment in response to a greater appetite by the Healthcare sector to use digital services in the collection and delivery of Patient Reported Outcomes.

We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development leader who will have responsibility for supporting and growing existing accounts along with building upon and executing the existing sales pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing team at a critical stage of growth, within a sector which is ripe for technical innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Relationship Management within designated clients, delivering revenue targets in line with the MCO strategy.
  • Develop and close opportunities to grow size/duration/value of sales over time by gaining an intimate knowledge of existing and new relationships
  • Regular analysis of usage statistics, identifying gaps and proactively addressing the issues associated with low usage.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to maximize value we can offer to clients by offering industry-wide insights
  • Develop a good understanding of the breadth of MCO capabilities to maximize ability to grow value of relationships
  • Methodical completion of underpinning sale activities (eg account planning, opportunity management etc)
  • Ensure clients are getting maximum value from existing services to which they subscribe, which includes:
  • Liaising with the client to agree and define requirements
  • Conducting regular business and service reviews with clients and internal teams
  • Work with clients and the MCO team to lead and drive client satisfaction with the MCO platform to underpin propensity for repeat, up-sell opportunities, positive referrals etc
  • Work collaboratively with MCO colleagues to ensure they are engaged and aligned to the business development strategy and support new business opportunities within clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to pull together successful, complex solutions for clients.

Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Experience in managing a balanced pipeline of long term strategic engagements.
  • Prior business development experience a strong plus
  • Understanding (and ideally experience) of B2B sales of a Saas solution
  • Able to develop a network of senior and middle management contacts to build long lasting trusted partnerships across entire organisations
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting/forecasting
  • Either knowledge of the healthcare sector or experience of successfully moving into a new market sector
  • Proactive and accountable with the aim to always drive positive client satisfaction
  • Self-motivated, problem solver who is driven to succeed
  • Strategic thinker with a solution focus, combined with ability to execute tactically
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships and to work collaboratively to align client engagements with product development
