We work with virtually all the leading apparel and footwear brands and retailers globally and have significant growth ambitions over the next 5 years.

The Role

Work directly with CGS Managing Director (ex-BCG & INSEAD) and the CGS Leadership Team, as part of a small central team, with exposure to Senior Management across the organisation.

Apply your consulting skillset in a practical, hands-on way in a variety of challenges across the business spectrum. Be that M&A, sales, marketing, project management, finance or strategy.

Take real ownership of projects from Day 1 in a fast paced environment and help drive the growth of the business.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Support with acquisitions and strategic alliances (target mapping, due diligence, business plan and integration)
  • Strategy and business development
  • Sales team/pipeline support
  • Financial/Management reporting and business insights
  • Internal and client presentations
  • Management of strategic projects

The candidate

  • Top-tier consulting background/skillset, with 3-4 yrs experience, looking for real industry experience.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or a background in finance a big plus
  • Good project management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • High energy and driven.
  • Versatile. Ability to apply skills to a range of business challenges.

  • Basic salary is £65K plus approx. £5K car allowance and an additional 20 percent performance based bonus.
