We help small businesses take card payments. We support you if you want to make it possible for customers to pay in person, online or over the phone. We’ve grown the business from nothing into the largest Merchant Services provider in the UK by using the latest technology, designing a great product and employing the best people. Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an innovative problem solver with the ‘consulting skill set’. You’ll work closely with the Co-Founders on a wide range of projects and ideas so you’ll need to bring ambitious thinking and a will to win.

What you’ll be doing

This is a new role for Paymentsense, combining strategic projects from all areas of the business with the scope to design and deliver your own ideas. You’ll need to be a skilled communicator and decision maker who works fast and can quickly identify what works.

  • Work with product teams to deliver new ideas and improve existing ones.
  • Work across departments to identify where we could be more efficient or more productive
  • Drive revenue improvements and customer acquisition strategies to turbo-charge our growth
  • Apply intelligent thought and analysis to complex problems
  • Anything that helps the business grow

You’ll need an excellent academic background and a strong strategy consulting skill-set from a reputable consulting firm. If you’ve worked in a start-up or FinTech environment it’ll help but you’ll be fine without.
