The Team

You’ll be a member of the Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Management. The Commercial Team is responsible for the delivery of strategic growth projects, new products and the continuous development of insight, reporting, and forecasting. It also has operational responsibility for the end to end profitability of new and renewing vehicles during the lifetime of the contract. The team works closely with all aspects of the business to deliver profitable growth and constantly improve the way we do things. We are passionate about developing insights and using them to deliver rapid, sustainable commercial advantage. We work hard, but not consulting hours, which enables a great work-life balance. The role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Leading the identification, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of key strategic projects
  • Helping different departments make commercial use of data and analysis
  • Long-term development of the uses of data and reporting
  • Input into innovation and new product development
  • Working with manufacturers, suppliers and other third parties to understand and improve performance
  • Supporting the annual business-planning process

You

Experience and skill requirements are as follows:

  • 2:1 or higher from a top-tier university
  • 2+ years commercial, analytical and strategic experience
  • Background in consulting highly advantageous
  • Strong excel skills essential, other analytical packages (SQL, Tableau, QlikView) a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Naturally curious and happy to challenge the status quo
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get stuck in at all levels
  • Highly analytical and a logical thinker
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work on multiple initiatives at once

Location: Watford( 20 mins away from Central London on underground)

Salary: £35k – £45k
