The role

Renovata Partners is looking to hire new Consultants in New York. We are looking for top calibre candidates from high-touch professional services firm, who are looking for a fresh challenge. Consultants will ideally bring knowledge of the digital or technology sector, combined with a record of success in delivering projects, building strong relationships and an ability to be highly credible with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Focus on delivering executive search mandates, working on multiple projects at once.
  • Project and team management across the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage client stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior clients.
  • Start to build business development skills specific to selling executive search work.
  • Input into wider business strategy and performance improvement.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Around 8 years of experience within a strategy or management consulting organization.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and interacting at a senior level.
  • Experience of full responsibility for driving projects and displaying strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing project teams.
  • Client focus and strong relationship management skills, ideally with an aptitude for business development.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
