Job Description

The COO is the second hand to the CEO helping to operationalize strategy. You will be responsible for leading the improvement of the Customer Experience, Vendor Experience ; Operational Profitability group wide. Examples of responsibilities will be:

  • Setting and tracking KPis for operational functions
  • Operational performance for all countries (processes, development of product roadmap, data security…)
  • HR cycle (hiring, evaluating, promoting, terminating)
  • Quarterly central roadmap and projects
  • Coordination and consistency with regional and country leadership, product and marketing functions

You’ll manage a team of 30 people.

Profile Requirements

  • High performance throughout career: top ranked university / business school; top tier management consulting, investment banking or work with entrepreneurial background. Strong leadership abilities; ability to influence, motivate and lead in a large organization
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong interest in retail and technology
  • Expertise in operations and lean
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting, independence, motivation, and ability to be a self-starter and get things done
  • Speak and write English fluently, other language skills are a plus
