ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with 360Learning co-founders and Teams Leaders (ex: VP Sales, VP Customer Success, VP Product, VP Engineering). Operations own the Business Plan, from definition to implementation and monitoring, in all regions (North America, France, UK, rest of the world).

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the US launch, including defining the operational growth strategy and the Business Plan, setting global targets consistently with that Business Plan and making sure the targets are achieved;
  • Leading and structuring our expansion;
  • Structuring our global field teams: organization, team and individual KPIs and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results);

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ambitious self-starters looking to make a significant impact and grow with 360Learning.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) as well as sales experience within a fast-growing, VC-backed company.
  • You are a problem solver, a natural leader and a doer which makes you the perfect person to conceive a business strategy, then align the Director of Operations, the co-founders and the field teams on your strategy, and last be hands-on as you implement that strategy.

About our US Launch

In 2018, we launched our US business to further drive our growth. The current team is made up of 10 people (including one of the original founders of 360Learning), and the objective is to more than double this to 25 by the end of 2019. Given the strategic importance of the US as a market, the Director of Operations will also be relocating there.

 

Director of sales operation

You will work closely with 360Learning co-founders and Teams Leaders (ex: VP Sales, VP Customer Success, VP Product, VP Engineering). Operations own the Business Plan, from definition to implementation and monitoring, in all regions (North America, France, UK, rest of the world).

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the US launch, including defining the operational growth strategy and the Business Plan, setting global targets consistently with that Business Plan and making sure the targets are achieved;
  • Leading and structuring our expansion;
  • Structuring our global field teams: organization, team and individual KPIs and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results);
  • Hiring for our global teams team to ensure we keep hiring A-players;
  • Analyzing teams performance (best-in-class, bottlenecks) and continuously improving it;
  • Implementing new processes & tools to increase focus and productivity;
  • Controlling results and forecasting.
  • You will also have an active role in improving internal processes and scaling our corporate culture by promoting a business culture of repeatability, data, clarity, precision and impact.
  • At 360Learning, your responsibilities evolve with the challenges and growth of the scale up. Every 6 months, we hit a new growth milestone, job positions evolve and are enriched, new opportunities emerge and career paths are open.
