About the role

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and have responsibility for leading client engagements, managing senior-level client interactions and our engagement teams day-to-day.

You will spend the majority of your time working directly with our clients, conducting in-depth culture assessments using our proprietary methodologies; delivering world-class coaching on ethical leadership; and providing trusted counsel to senior leaders on strategies to strengthen ethical culture.

You will also play an important role in developing our methodologies and approaches, drawing on cutting-edge academic and practitioner research to translate insights into practical frameworks for action.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of six years’ experience with a top-tier strategy consultancy;
  • An interest or experience in ethics. trust, workplace culture.
  • A track record of leading high-visibility strategy engagements for board and C-suite clients, with day-to-day interaction with senior clients

We shape and implement complex culture and organisational transformation programs, often at the moment of most acute stress and scrutiny. We work with boards and senior leadership teams to provide rigorous data-led insight and clear strategic direction. Over the last eighteen months:

  • Working with the CEO and CHRO of a top-tier global retail and investment bank, we developed a comprehensive, integrated culture transformation program, driving significant improvement in engagement, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Working with the CEO and Board of a ‘Big Four’ professional services firm, we delivered a firm-wide independent culture assessment, with in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis providing the foundation for a strategic roadmap to drive a trusted culture based on shared values.
  • Working with the General Counsel and COO of a leading global NGO, we established a series of strategic and systemic interventions to strengthen compliance, accountability and decision making across their international operations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of six years’ experience with a top-tier strategy consultancy;
  • An interest or experience in ethics. trust, workplace culture.
  • A track record of leading high-visibility strategy engagements for board and C-suite clients, with day-to-day interaction with senior clients;
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrable experience in providing trusted counsel to senior clients;
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
  • Experience managing cross-border and remote-working teams;
  • Experience in managing engagement resourcing and project financials.
