  • Determine Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for evaluating potential market penetration in each new location
  • Research and reference industry, government and other relevant reports to assess CSFs per location
  • Collect data on customers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into reports

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Determine Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for evaluating potential market penetration in each new location
  • Research and reference industry, government and other relevant reports to assess CSFs per location
  • Collect data on customers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into reports
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing and business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Coordinate relevant employees to evaluate recent LAM efforts in various locations
  • Coordinate tabling of information in Excel spreadsheet to coincide with a strategic report to share back with strategy team
  • Coordinate report on each proposed location
  • Consider and analyse marketing mix for each location: price, product/service, promotion and place
  • For each location, provide contact information for business development opportunities including: associations, education bodies, schools, media
  • Suggest promotional tools for each location
