The project –
GC’s global-macro practice are looking for additional freelance support to prepare a report on securing foreign direct investment. The role would include refining lists of potential targets, assessing the relative competitive advantage of different companies and matching them to different economic, trade and competitive criteria.
Wider responsibilities may include:
Go through widely used company databases to identify a long list of companies in specified target sectors;
Conduct desk research on companies’ business and operating models as well as overall firm strategy;
Refine list of companies through research findings and a set of pre-developed criteria;
Help draft report on potential foreign investors.
Requirements –
You will likely have 3+ years of consulting experience, ideally from the Big4.
Experience working in the Foreign Direct Investment team is highly desirable
Comfortable writing reports
Knowledge of the emerging tech space is a strong plus.
