Role overview

Exact is looking for a Freelance Engagement Manager to work with the Director Product Strategy (ex-McKinsey Engagement Manager and second-time private equity portfolio business executive), along with the CEO/rest of the Executive Team to define the company’s organic strategy agenda.  This requires Exact to articulate ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’ as part of a response to a number of macro trends affecting Exact and its customers.

Scope

The work will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Problem solving with Executive Team
  • Market sizing and trends
  • Competitive landscape
  • Review and interpretation of macro trends
  • Interpreting customer perspective
  • Stakeholder management skills with Executive level personnel
