BCB Group is Europe’s leading crypto payment service, having raised $64m to date and on target for a $1bn valuation. At the end of 2022, they approached Movemeon looking for a Freelance Growth Strategy Consultant to deliver their growth strategy for 2023. We were able to support them in sourcing talented and experienced professionals to help them drive business performance improvements and deliver strategic projects across core business functions.

Our approach

Movemeon worked closely with the hiring manager to curate a job spec that would appeal to our community of 60k+ strategy / commercial professional members, with 45% having a background from Bain, McKinsey or BCG and the rest coming from the Big 4 & various Boutique consultancies.

A dedicated Account Manager then worked directly with the client to market the role to our members and invited those with the relevant skillset to apply. Within 4 days, the account manager received 17 high-quality applications and shortlisted 5 of the strongest candidates to present to the client. BCB decided to take 3 through to an interview, an offer was then extended to the successful candidate.
