We are looking for freelance managers for a 9-12 month to lead an organisational design project. The business is backed by a leading large-cap PE fund and is going through a period of cost reduction. You will report to the Head of PMO and will be responsible for developing a new organisation structure and assessing the compensation and benefits structure for this structure. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across the business on this extremely high impact business. You’ll need a great understanding of the organisational design and comp & ben structures.
Start date: ASAP

Length: 9-12 months
Location: London
Day rate: £700- £850 per day

The company

We are working with a large-cap PE fund, who are looking for a freelance senior manager/ director to help lead a transformation programme for their portfolio business. The portfolio business is a global business, based in London with revenues over $1.5bn.

The role

You will be reporting directly into the Head of PMO/ Transformation and will be supporting them in developing a new organisation structure. The key elements of the role will include:

Understanding the current organisational structure with a focus on realising cost efficiencies
Developing a new target operating model and the required organisational structure to achieve
Designing the compensation and benefits programme for the new organisation structure
The role will have a high level of senior stakeholder engagement, with a huge potential impact on the business.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an independent consultant who has expertise in organisational design and designing compensation and benefits plans for businesses. We would expect them to exhibit:

Experience in a consultancy focused on org design/ pay structures
Experience working as an independent consultant
Previous consulting work with PE businesses

Experience working in or for a PE-backed business
Experience working as an independent consultant
