THE ROLE:

The Head of Implementation will grow and shape our existing Implementation team as we move into new verticals and regions, owning the strategy to ensure balance and sustainable growth in newly opened territories. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and grow our current Implementation team
  • Ensure all new regions launched on Lantum reach business as usual status within 3-4 months of launch
  • Work closely with both Sales and Customer Service to ensure the seamless transition of new regions
  • Own and constantly iterate on our strategy for launching new territories
  • Ensure job postings in new areas are successful and users have a best in class experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years work experience
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs in a Growth or Customer Success role
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Proven ability to think analytically and strategically about complex business challenges to engineer and drive positive change
  • An entrepreneurial flair and passion for the startup sector together with a positive execution oriented attitude
  • NHS experience is a plus, but not essential

SALARY: £40-50k plus 10k bonus
