We are changing the way supply chain payments are done with a fully automated Working Capital financing service, a decision engine to optimise cash flow and savings across thousands of invoices daily, and a payments risk manager.
Our customers want less complexity, improved profitability and a fail-safe system.
About the team
Our two founders have broad experience across financial services and investment in technology start-ups.
The business has been founded and funded so far by a family office and we are looking to break even in the next few months. The current team consists of 11 members including several PhDs in Data Science, Algorithmic traders, bulge bracket bank structuring.
The Role
You will develop and own delivery of our product roadmap, scope and manage new corporate client onboarding and continuously deep dive results to improve our products, user experience and processes. As a leader of the core platform, you will define and drive successful implementation of all new product and operations initiatives, and maintain a high bar for customer excellence with existing deployments.
The ideal candidate has high energy to deliver in an entrepreneurial environment and is talented at building trust and buy in with key stakeholders. The role involves managing complex projects detailed deliverables the person ultimately owns across technology, analytics and client onboarding teams. Experience developing online and digital products, recruiting and developing a team, demonstrable global knowledge of different industries and work with C-level managers are necessary to lead well in this role.

Responsibilities
- Product leadership in a very fast paced environment. Motivate, inspire and deliver.
- Develop product and technical requirements, and define and agree project scope with internal and external stakeholders
- Own the delivery process and approach globally through the product lifecycle
- Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers/partners
- Lead weekly and monthly project reviews and roadmap meetings with the leadership team, with detailed progress updates from internal, client and third-party teams.
- Run the resource schedule and ensure clear and correct communication internally and to clients through the lifecycle of all projects, support and client relationships
- Recruit and further build the team
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to design and implement new customer use cases and help improve existing solutions.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in transformation and operational consulting.
- MBA or master’s degree
- Excellent, confident and positive communication with technical and non-technical people both written and verbal
- Experience planning, running and delivering projects, either as a project manager or key person within a team
- Multinational experience, with different industries, is a plus
- Substantial experience presenting and communicating with C-level management
- 6+ years leading teams
- In-depth industry knowledge of analytical tools used within industries, including their strengths and weaknesses is a plus
- Worked in both the technology industry and hard industries is a plus
- Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment. must be able to wear multiple hats
- Ability to deliver a global roadmap while managing high expectations of the founding team
