Key Responsibilities

  • Document & deliver a programme of activity
  • Implement a rigorous approach to strategic projects to deliver the 2 year Data Roadmap
  • Employ key elements of project governance protocols & educate stakeholders with regard to their benefit
  • Proactively review quality of deliverables, recommending enhancements if required
  • Stakeholders are managed effectively, & updated on progress, key risks and issues.
  • All initiatives have measurable benefits, and are aligned with the Data strategic objectives
  • Manage quarterly reviews of activity to ensure milestones are met and future activity aligns to the strategy
  • You confidently operate as a strong, competent leader – bringing teams together
  • You build & maintain a relationships across the Group and work closely across the group to ensure teams are aligned towards joint outcomes
  • Be a role model, creating high performing teams which are held to account for delivery

Skills, experience and attributes

  • 5+ years’ experience of delivering complex or multiple projects at a programme level
  • Ability to monitor & deliver from a strategic & commercial perspective
  • Sound understanding of Agile, and stakeholder management techniques with the ability to apply these appropriately
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • Prepared to take things on and not be deflected by problems
  • Self motivated & team player with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Not essential to have a background in data, although this would be beneficial.
  • We need someone who brings some real energy, tenacity and resilience, along with strong emotional intelligence – a people person.

Location: Peterborough (with occasional travel to London office)

Salary: £65k – £80k depending on experience
