1. Strategy consulting services led by Project Leaders from ShARE (All our PLs come from McKinsey, BCG or Bain). Projects are led by Partners who are also all from BCG/MCKinsey or Bain. We can also have some of our students join the projects as analysts to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas.
2. Training for employees focused on hands-on training (learning by doing), working closely with our project leaders / mentored by our partners as they solve real strategic problems for their own companies.
3. Help link companies to our students / their campuses
Examples of recent projects include:
– autonomous vehicle in China
– rural electricity in Africa
– air quality in India
– mini-grids in Indonesia
Role of the project lead
80% of the role of the PL is strategy consulting and focuses on growth issues for our clients : global companies, governments and international institutions
We are looking for a project lead, with top-class consulting skills and who is passionate about changing the world and growing young talents.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
i) Manage our consulting engagement with our clients
ii) Contribute to the thought leadership agenda
iii) Train the ShARE students and grow them as change makers
Remuneration for Paris: comparable with tier 1 consulting firms and 0-20% bonus depending on individual and collective performance.
Requirements
– Former project managers or senior consultants of Tier 1 consulting companies (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey)
– Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in consulting
– Work permit to work in Paris
– Fluency in English
