Your role
You will be the human part of our product and service offering. You will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our mission of transforming how the world’s largest businesses operate. You will help drive this change through the successful implementation and adoption of our product across a portfolio of enterprise clients. Our client base is varied and includes a range of industries including Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, Logistics, etc.
Quorso, as a software platform, sits at the core of what our clients do and as such this role requires a broad range of skills covering three distinct phases of engagement:
- Consultation with our clients to understand how they operate their businesses, what drives their bottom line, and what information the operators need to drive results and grow in their roles
- Technical configuration of Quorso and project management of its implementation. You will work closely with executives and managers from our customers’ Operational, Finance and Data Analytics teams. Within Quorso, you will report to the Global Head of Insight and Customer Success and will work with the Sales, Engineering and Product Design teams
- Ongoing work with our clients to continue to refine the value they get out of Quorso through upsells, expansion, and new use cases
You will be instrumental in helping us develop our value proposition by identifying and pushing forward new use cases in both existing and new industries, as well as feeding into the Product and Engineering teams to help them continually innovate.
In time you may run a single industry (or group of industries) globally
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the CFO/COO or senior operators of our enterprise customers to understand the operations of their business and define and scope their use cases for Quorso
- Configuring Quorso for new customers and new sectors, using internal tools
- Working closely with client leads, Quorso Customer Success and Engineering teams to deliver successful technical and operational roll-outs of Quorso
- Continually exploring new ways to expand clients’ use cases and improve their use of data
You will have:
- 3+ years of consulting experience at a top consulting firm
- A focus on Data Insights and Analytics
- Familiarity with a range of business topics and issues across 2 or more industries
- The ability to build relationships with clients’ senior managers
- Familiarity with some of our core industries (Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, Logistics, Consumer)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, able to work with business and technical teams
- Working knowledge of management & financial reporting
- Strong process and program management expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university
Even better if you have:
- Experience working with one or more of SQL, R, Access, Excel or similar
- Operational experience of using data to make decisions
- Experience in driving operational transformations
