About ShARE
ShARE is a disruptive start-up in the field of education and strategy consulting. Structured as a hybrid organization – a virtual university and a strategy consulting boutique – ShARE offers a rigorous leadership program to 600 bright university students across 15 countries.

ShARE consulting currently works with ExCo level (e.g., VP strategy, marketing and innovation, etc) of large MNCs on strategy cases related the “new world” – emerging markets and emerging business models and technologies.
As we are scaling up, we are recruiting a project lead in Paris for ShARE consulting.
Role of the project lead
We are looking for a project lead, with top-class consulting skills and who is passionate about changing the world and growing young talents.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
i) Manage our consulting engagement with our clients
ii) Contribute to the thought leadership agenda
iii) Train the ShARE students and grow them as change-makers
Remuneration for Paris: comparable with tier 1 consulting firms, +10% learning budget and 0-20% bonus depending on individual and collective performance.
Requirements
– Former project managers or senior consultants of Tier 1 consulting companies (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey)
– Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in consulting
– A work permit to work in Paris
– Fluency in English and French
