The role

We are looking for a world-class Strategic Partnerships Manager to be a part of our thriving team in Europe. Our business is built on partnerships with some of the world’s biggest travel brands and our European business is the core of that investment today. Your role will be to cultivate and grow our most important partnerships, translate their needs into new opportunities, and drive our revenue growth.

This position reports to the VP of EMEA Partnerships & Operations and will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Integration, and Product teams.

Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a world-class Strategic Partnerships Manager to be a part of our thriving team in Europe. Your role will be to cultivate and grow our most important partnerships, translate their needs into new opportunities, and drive our revenue growth.

This position reports to the VP of EMEA Partnerships & Operations and will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Integration, and Product teams.

Experience managing and growing complex partnerships and exposure to online performance marketing are required. Exceptional business judgment, problem-solving, and strategic communications skills are also critical. Your responsibilities

  • Will own revenue and growth targets for a portfolio of Intent Media’s EMEA partnerships and deliver against them
  • Will develop strong, multi-dimensional relationships with our European e-commerce partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Will help to shape our product and partner strategy for Europe
  • Can understand partners’ media and strategic needs and ensure they are met and prioritised accordingly
  • Will proactively look for opportunities to increase the scope of relationships from initial implementation and sell them to our partners
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision making through tracking, analysing and communicating key quantitative metrics as they relate to partner relationships
  • Have experience leading cross-functional teams to operationalise growth plans and key initiatives
  • Have a passion for shaping product strategy based on market needs and opportunities

 

About you

We’re looking for an ex-consultant with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

We’re more interested in what you can do than what you have done, but would expect someone to exhibit the following:

  • Proven experience achieving revenue growth goals with global companies through managing and strategically growing partnerships and building executive relationships
  • Excel at leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability designing and executing quantitative analysis to identify, prioritize, and solve complex business issues creatively, leading to thoughtful recommendations and optimisation of programs
  • Currently work in an account manager, customer success, consulting or pre-sales role
  • Outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Stellar written and spoken communications; can develop and deliver impactful presentations
  • Strong detail and process orientation – can manage multiple competing priorities and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results
  • BA/BS degree or higher from a good university
  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time to visit partners on site
