Offer and Benefits

A basic salary of £160-180k, dependent on candidate experience level.

Hybrid working, with 3 days required in our London offices.

International travel to the US, Japan, and the Middle East.

About the business

We have recently launched a new movie studio with a world-class leadership team, including former Disney presidents and founding members of Marvel. With unprecedented funding for the industry ($1b+), this venture is set to redefine entertainment on a global scale.

This role will operate out of London, working closely with the Chairman across his businesses - including the studio, location-based immersive experiences, and an early-stage AI company in the media space (B2C), which will be a core focus. The position also involves occasional travel to Los Angeles, Japan, and the Middle East as part of the studio’s international scope.

Position Description

We’re looking for a candidate with experience at a top-performing MBB/top-tier consulting firm at Manager level or above, to work directly with the Chairman across several ventures:

• A global movie studio backed by an all-star leadership team and industry-defying funding
• A concept stage immersive experience venture
• An early stage media-focused AI startup (B2C)

This is a hands-on, unstructured, high-impact role ideal for someone who wants to build new things, think creatively, and help shape two very different companies from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Work side-by-side with the Chairman to define and drive top priorities across both businesses
• Help launch and scale the movie studio, working across strategy, operations, partnerships, and new initiatives
• Shape early direction and help find product-market fit in the AI startup
• Move fast, wear multiple hats, and step into whatever is most needed - from figuring out go-to-market plans to refining a pitch deck or scouting creative talent
• Spend most of your time in London, with occasional travel to LA, Japan, and the Middle East as needed
