The Movemeon Group was founded to solve a problem our founders experienced first-hand.

After careers at leading strategy consultancies, they saw how difficult it was for exceptional consulting talent to find the right opportunities outside traditional career paths.
At the same time, organisations were struggling to access high-calibre strategy and transformation talent quickly.

Co-founder

Loves mountains and the sea, but lives a long way from both in Berkshire with his wife, son, and Labrador. Enjoys most sports (now watching more than playing). Co-founder and ex-McKinsey consultant.

Rich Rosser

Co-founder

My wife and I have 3 young kids. So we've escaped London for more space in the countryside, where we're tackling never-ending laundry and gardening! I enjoy fell running and have been known to tackle an ultra-marathon or two.

Matt Wright

Senior Advisor

Matt is the former CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates, where he spent over two decades advising global organisations on leadership and talent. He brings extensive international experience across Europe, Asia, and the US, supporting growth, transformation, and senior team development.

Clarrie Hollingworth

Regional Leadership Team - EMEA

Devon based with a young family, I lead Movemeon's Client Accounts team across EMEA, all the while hoping a degree in Archaeology and Ancient History will be of practical use in business someday.

Joe Siantonas

Director - Private Equity & Exec Search

Exec search professional with 15 years’ experience in Private Equity value creation. Husband, father of two, Brighton fan and Britrock aficionado.

Greg Caterer

Greg is a coffee nerd, linguist, Cambridge grad, Cambridge Blue and county tennis player, ex-consultant, obsessed dog dad to Arthur and new-ish Northerner, building out Movemeon's consulting offering.

Pete Clifton-Smith

General Manager, Asia-Pacific

APAC consulting and growth experience, from China to SE Asia and ANZ. Based in Sydney. Follows rugby & cricket, is learning guitar (slowly) and is trying to improve his Italian (glacial pace).

From the UK, but living in West Palm Beach, FL with my wife, son and golden retriever. Happiest when spending time at the beach with my family, often with a fishing rod in hand.

Brunei born, Devon raised, and living in London. Lover of a good Laksa and a long hike, and servant to a mini dachshund called Enzo. Head up the EMEA Client Success Team, advising and supporting clients and candidates through the hiring process.
