Since March 2000, Metroline has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore based ComfortDelGro; one of the world’s largest passenger land transport companies. As part of the successful ComfortDelGro Group, our main focus is to become the best London bus company in the capital!

Head of Transformation

Metroline continues to deliver on its strategic vision for transformation focused on delivering improved financial performance, operational effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

To continue this transformation we're looking for a dynamic Head of Transformation to maintain momentum and drive further business improvement opportunities. Our transformation journey has already begun, and we have multiple projects underway. We are looking for someone to come in and ensure we deliver against these, whilst also looking for opportunities to improve on what we have begun. This role is a key hire for Metroline and reports directly to the CEO.

•    Hold stakeholders to account, identify roadblocks and resolve / escalate issues as needed to ensure delivery timelines are maintained
•    Provide PMO capability and governance across the programme and wider business as required, including (but not limited to) regular Exec reporting, programme updates, initiative design, implementation support and tracking, benefit monitoring, prioritisation, etc.

Operational Change

•    Support delivery of business cases for operational change and work with key SMEs to ensure effective governance and benefits realisation
