The Movemeon Group was founded to solve a problem our founders experienced first-hand.

After careers at leading strategy consultancies, they saw how difficult it was for exceptional consulting talent to find the right opportunities outside traditional career paths.
At the same time, organisations were struggling to access high-calibre strategy and transformation talent quickly.

Nick Patterson

Co-founder

Nick partners extensively with our Private Equity clients - advising them on how best to leverage talent in order to achieve value creation agendas. He is an ex-McKinsey consultant and alumnus of Cambridge University.

Rich Rosser

Co-founder

Rich is globally recognised for his advice on post consulting careers and talent solutions for enterprise-scale clients. He leads our career coaching provision, is a former McKinsey consultant and Oxford University graduate.

Matt Wright

Senior Advisor

Matthew served as Global CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates from 2007 for two terms, having previously run the businesses in Europe and Asia. He also sits on the Boards of BAT plc, Berry Bros & Rudd, and Cripps Leadership Advisory.

Clarrie Hollingworth

Regional Leadership Team - EMEA

Clarrie leads Movemeon's Client Accounts team across EMEA. She is a former Accenture consultant and Oxford University graduate.

Greg Caterer

Client and Consulting Director

Greg leads Agile Consulting; an ex-Accenture consultant with operational leadership in scale-ups across sectors. Outside of work he can mostly be found on the tennis court, and is a Cambridge alumnus.

Pete Clifton-Smith

General Manager, Asia-Pacific

Pete leads our Asia-Pacific team, having grown a boutique strategy consulting business across ANZ, SEA and Greater China, where he saw first hand the power and unique reach of our network.

Andrew Fraser

General Manager, US

Andrew leads the Movemeon Group in US, having spent much of his career growing businesses at the intersection of technology and HR.

Sabrina Woodman

Regional Leadership Team - EMEA

Sabrina leads key client relationships across EMEA, partnering with Private Equity, enterprise and scale-up clients, unlocking value through top-tier talent and championing diverse leadership teams.

Gabriella Ong

Regional Leadership Team - EMEA

Brunei born, Devon raised, and living in London. Lover of a good Laksa and a long hike, and servant to a mini dachshund called Enzo. Head up the EMEA Client Success Team, advising and supporting clients and candidates through the hiring process.
