About the Role

As a Future Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, shaping the strategic direction of projects, and driving the firm’s growth through new business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategy professional with a strong interest in brands and business strategy. The role has come about as a senior partner steps back from day-to-day client management and operational responsibilities, allowing the incoming Partner to learn from vast experience of the two managing partners and shape and grow the business as it moves forwards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships and growth opportunities. Collaborate with other partners to design, pitch, and secure new business.
  • Client Leadership: Oversee client engagements, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, interpreting data insights and guiding actionable recommendations.
  • Data Synthesis & Insight Generation: Lead data analysis and synthesis efforts to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Draw out insights from data to form compelling narratives that guide client decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, develop, and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic thinking. Act as a thought leader within the firm and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strategy Consulting: 7+ years of experience in a strategy consulting role, a focus or interest in brand strategy, marketing, or consumer insights is ideal but not required
  • Analytical and Insightful: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and extract actionable insights. Skilled at interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and presenting findings in a clear, impactful way.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record in developing and closing new business, with a proactive approach to client outreach and relationship-building.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong team management and mentoring skills, with experience leading projects and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrates a strong interest in brand strategy and an ability to think creatively and strategically.

This will suit someone who actively wants to lead a team and who likes the idea of consulting but is sick of the traditional strategy consulting model
