CIL Freelance Managers are members of CIL's pool of trusted professionals to support CDD projects throughout the year. As Freelance Managers with CIL, candidates work on a project basis, providing leadership and expertise on CDD engagements. Once in the Freelance Manager pool, they receive project-specific details and inquiries about their availability as new projects arose.
