About the company

Our client was a global, high profile FTSE 250 firm growing rapidly, gaining market share year on year, and driving new innovations in their sector. They were looking to bring in a freelance consultant for a 2-4 months project scoping new scenarios and developing new strategies in their specific markets across the EU and UK.

Job requirements

• Previous experience with a strategy consulting firm approximately Engagement Manager or equivalent
• Has lived or worked in Italy, Spain, France, Germany and speaking any of these languages
• Experience outside of consulting - ideally in B2C tech but any B2C business is ideal

• 3 years consulting experience with a top-tier international firm, focused on strategy, growth, programme management, transformation, cost reduction, operating model design, organisational structure and due diligence projects working with multinational corporations.
• 2 years experience as Business Development Director UK&I for $800M+ backed international Tech businesssome text
  • Successfully leading new market entry & international expansion
  • Development & implemented in-country marketing strategy to drive organic growth
  • Operated cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Finance teams to design & deliver bespoke solutions for clients
• 3 years experience as Business Development Director in EdTech scale-upsome text
  • Developed holistic growth acceleration strategy in B2C sectors
  • Established and developed strategic partnerships to unlock additional growth opportunities
  • Assessed potential acquisition targets to strengthen product portfolio and unlock growth
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with business-level proficiency in French
