Job requirements

• Manager-level experience within a top-tier consulting firm
• Experienced in leading international transformation programmes in large scale businesses
• Experience in B2B or Tech would be considered a plus

• Manager-level experience at Bain, operating within the Transformation Practice. Promoted early from Associate following top-performance
  
  • Developed deep expertise in transformation delivery, working with multi-billion dollar businesses across a range of industries including Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sectors. 
  • Gained experience working with and supporting C-Suite and SLT’s within large-scale international enterprise business. 
• Industry experience includes leadership roles at a digital-first international logistics business
  
  • Accountable for company revenue, expansion targets, and account growth
  • ~3x revenue and ~2x key account growth as company scaled from providing services in 12 to 35 countries
  • Exceeded monthly growth targets; grew largest account from ~£100K to £400K in MRR in 6-month period
  • Created revenue forecasting process and institutionalised reporting accountability and cadence
