The project aim was to formulate an end-to-end transformation strategy encompassing consumer insights, market analysis, and day-to-day project management.

Job requirements

• Experience in a top-tier management consultancy - strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset
• Strong FMCG sector experience
• Fluent in Romanian

The candidate
‍

• 7 years experience in top-tier consulting environments, developing specialist expertise within the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors:
  
  • Experience in optimisation and transformation of beverage businesses in international markets, working with multinational brands such as Coca-cola and Nestlé
  • Strong experience in market research and analysis, developing comprehensive growth strategies and driving value creation for international FMCG brands
  • Identified and led strategic market entry for consumer brands targeting international expansion
• Fluent in Romanian
