Our APAC business is growing rapidly, and we've only just scratched the surface. We've built genuine client loyalty because our solution solves client problems better: we deliver more rapidly, with true global reach and with higher-quality candidates across both permanent hiring and interim needs. We already work with some of the biggest and best-known global brands, in some cases in other regions but not yet in APAC - which is an opportunity in itself.
The delivery infrastructure and talent network across the region are already in place. What we need now is someone to take ownership of a vertical or segment and scale our client network across it. You'll have real autonomy, meaningful commercial upside, and the backing to build something significant.
The Role
As Client Growth Lead, you'll own and drive commercial growth within our core verticals, working closely with our APAC GM and the wider leadership team. You'll have full support from our Success (delivery) team on fulfilment, while you focus on client relationships and mandate origination.
Day to day, you will:
- Develop and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across our client base - PE funds and portfolio companies, consulting and advisory firms, corporates, and startups/scaleups
- Partner with clients to understand and source senior talent - from C-suite and strategy/transformation leaders through to functional heads, interim operators and consultants
- Originate new business and expand existing accounts across permanent, interim and consulting mandates
- Work closely with the APAC Success team to ensure clients receive best-in-class service on every mandate
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy across verticals and markets alongside the leadership team
- Take commercial accountability for your book, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as it scales
What We're Looking For
Someone hungry, credible with senior clients, and commercially driven - with high standards and the ambition to build. Recruitment experience is an advantage, but we're open to strong backgrounds in consulting, strategy, transformation or executive search too.
Must have:
- Strong client hands - the ability to build senior relationships and grow them into meaningful, loyal accounts
- Background in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or strategy/transformation
- Commercial drive and genuine BD instinct - energised by winning mandates and growing accounts
- Polished and credible with senior stakeholders (PE partners and operating teams, C-suite, consulting principals, founders)
- High standards, hunger to build, and the ability to learn quickly across markets
Nice to have:
- A network across one or more of our verticals - PE and portfolio companies, consulting/advisory, corporates, or the startup/scaleup ecosystem
- Experience across permanent and interim recruitment
