Senior Client Success Consultant
ABOUT MOVEMEON
Movemeon is a tech-enabled global Search and Consulting business. We work with leading PE
funds, global enterprises, VC-backed scale-ups, and consulting firms, and we help them find the
best strategic, transformation, and commercial talent.
Our community is central to our proposition. Founded by ex-McKinsey consultants, we have
built a network of over 100,000 strategic and commercial professionals who started their careers
in leading consulting or finance firms (45% are ex-McKinsey, BCG, Bain). This has attracted
over 5,000 businesses to partner with us, including Bain Capital, Advent, KKR, Amazon,
HelloFresh, and Uber.
Our tech enables us to outcompete others in the market. We are investing heavily in using
software, data and AI to further improve how we serve our community and clients.
We’re proud to have worked in over 100 countries and have offices focused on EMEA (UK,
France, DACH), APAC (Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and India) and the US.
About the role
We are looking for a new Senior Client Success Consultant to join the business and help us
achieve even greater progress in 2026 and beyond. The Client Success team makes up,
together with the Client team, the wider client-facing team at Movemeon.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you won’t just manage a process; you will be a strategic
partner to our clients. You will lead on high-value roles, using data and deep market insight to
guide C-suite stakeholders through complex hiring decisions and ensuring our candidates have
an exceptional experience.
Why this role?
● See your impact: You will have end-to-end ownership for the roles you manage. You’ll
see the direct result of your advice and strategy when placing critical hires through your
guidance.
● A community of active candidates: You aren't starting from scratch. You’ll tap into our
exclusive community of active, high-calibre candidates, combining our platform’s reach
with your own proactive resourcing to fill challenging roles.
● A nice mix of work: Enjoy a perfect balance of high-stakes client-facing consulting and
deep-focus delivery work.
● Ongoing relationship role: This allows you to get to know your clients' businesses at a
deeper level and act as a trusted advisor, rather than a service provider.
The activities you’ll be responsible for will include:
● Autonomously leading the management of the hiring process from end to end (from
the role becoming live to being filled).
● Advising clients based on data points and knowledge of their business area (role
status, candidate insights, and advising on who to hire based on best fit).
● Accurately identifying the appropriate candidates for a shortlist and clearly explaining
the rationale behind your selection.
● Using data to self-identify areas to improve and optimise delivery speed and quality.
● Leading all candidate communication, including proactively reaching out to high-
potential talent who are a good fit for the role.
● Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, on
role performance and strategy.
● Keeping accounts updated and maintaining high platform hygiene to ensure data
accuracy across the business.
What we’re looking for
● Experience in a client or customer-facing role, with a track record of managing senior
relationships.
● A natural organiser with strong attention to detail. You must be able to manage multiple
projects/workstreams at the same time: prioritising based on impact, working to, and
setting deadlines appropriately.
● A genuine interest in working in the search/ consulting/tech space.
● Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively based
on commercial impact and client/candidate experience.
● Confidently advise clients on hiring-related issues based on data and market insights.
● A highly effective communicator at all levels. You must have good emotional
intelligence, as well as an ability to influence and guide clients. You should be inquisitive
and interested in understanding people’s thought processes.
● An active listener. You are unafraid to ask questions to get to the right answer, and you
synthesise data to inform decisions and reprioritise accordingly.
● Strong problem-solving abilities. You will need to be flexible in your approach and
identify opportunities to increase your conversion of won deals.
● A commitment to experience. You care greatly about candidate and client experience
and ensure they get the most out of our service.
● Fluent spoken English and excellent written communication.
Nice-to-haves
● Experience working in a high-growth business environment.
● Prior experience working in a SaaS or recruitment business.
● An understanding of the types of projects that management consultants may execute on.
● Fluency in any other language.

● Exciting business in a time of rapid growth
● Respect for and encouragement of your ideas and initiatives
● A sensible work-life balance; we know how important it is to recharge
● Flexible working policy: Farringdon Office 2 days a week; flexible 3 days
