Senior in-house roles can feel isolated.

Many leaders in strategy and transformation move from consulting into in-house roles and suddenly lose the built-in peer group they once had.

The Movemeon Senior Leadership Community grew organically from the Movemeon network, shaped by countless conversations with in-house strategy and transformation leaders who told us the same thing: they missed having peers in similar roles to sense-check challenges, share experiences, and learn from others facing the same problems in different organisations.

So we created a space for senior leaders across industries to come together, exchange ideas, and build the peer network that’s often missing in the in-house roles.

Types of Communities

In-house Strategy

Who it's for: professionals in senior strategy roles (typically Director, VP or CSO level) outside of consulting / professional services.

In-house Transformation

Who it's for: professionals in senior transformation / change roles (typically Director, VP or CTrO level) outside of consulting / professional services.

Chief of Staff

Who it's for: professionals supporting the CEO / CXO / Founder / Board in a Commercial / Special Projects capacity (i.e, not Executive Assistants).

Open application

Who it's for: you'd like to join a Community, are at Director / VP / CxO level but aren't in 1 of the 3 role types mentioned above.

How you can participate

Participation is open to senior in-house leaders (typically Director and above) in strategy, transformation, and leadership roles.

  • Flagship in-person events – connect with peers 2–3 times per year.

  • Small peer groups (roundtables) – intimate discussions with ~8 professionals in similar roles, self-governing and meeting 4–6 times per year to tackle challenges, share insights, and build your support network.

Digital feed for knowledge sharing and connecting – larger online community with optional interest-based sub-groups, keeping you connected all year round.
