The Movemeon Senior Leadership Community grew organically from the Movemeon network, shaped by countless conversations with in-house strategy and transformation leaders who told us the same thing: they missed having peers in similar roles to sense-check challenges, share experiences, and learn from others facing the same problems in different organisations.

So we created a space for senior leaders across industries to come together, exchange ideas, and build the peer network that’s often missing in the in-house roles.

Participation is open to senior in-house leaders (typically Director and above) in strategy, transformation, and leadership roles.

Flagship in-person events – connect with peers 2–3 times per year.
Small peer groups (roundtables) – intimate discussions with ~8 professionals in similar roles, self-governing and meeting 4–6 times per year to tackle challenges, share insights, and build your support network.
