Job requirements

The Business Intelligence Manager needs collaborate closely with the finance team to lead monthly reporting on key metrics and financial performance. By analysing data trends, the candidate has to provide actionable insights that drive customer-centric strategies and enhance overall business performance. The role is responsible for developing targeted strategies to engage users, working with product teams to evaluate Busuu's ongoing performance, and identifying opportunities for product and marketing optimisation to increase user engagement and revenue growth.

As a Strategy & Business Development Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, they drove strategic initiatives for current accounts, managed in-depth analysis of a £450M cost base, and developed innovative customer propositions. Previously, at McKinsey & Co., they led high-impact teams, conducted comprehensive strategic performance assessments, and delivered actionable recommendations to C-suite executives. Their expertise spanned market analysis, product development, and enhancing profitability by leveraging customer behaviour insights. The candidate also had a proven track record of improving sales effectiveness and implementing cost-saving strategies for major financial institutions, including insurers and banks.
